Ventura Research Park

My husband and I made the move from Wisconsin to Charlotte and we didn’t have time to visit prior to move. Hina and Peyton have been SO helpful throughout the whole process - answering questions about the community, providing info, working with us to complete paperwork, and helping make the move across states possible with the least amount of stress. When we arrived everything was set for us and everyone has been so kind!! So far, it’s the best. We love it here.

This has been an amazing experience. I have been residing at this residence since 2020 and was one of the primary residents. Peyton is super amazing and helpful. She contacted me because my daughter missed her bus to school. Talk about a community sticking together. There is no such thing as a perfect residence but I have to admit this is pretty close. I love living here. The team is friendly and helpful. They do what they can to help.

I appreciate Bainbridge Research Park. Their apartments are new and clean. Staff is amazing. They are very nice and always respectful. Barbara, properly manager does her job well. She listen to any concerns you may have and provides solutions. Peyton is so sweet and friendly. She has a good attitude and is very patience when given tours of the apartment complex. Harvey is most definitely a very nice and respectful person. He is always eager to help you resolve any apartment issues as well.

I reserved my tour through an app and then toured and discussed the property with the leasing agent Peyton. The whole process went very smoothly; she was very informative, and was able to walk me through all of my questions and the application process. This was a much better experience compared to other places I've toured around Charlotte.

Went to tour this beautiful new complex and was amazed! Erica really shined the entire time I was there! She was professional, courteous, and helpful! I ended up applying the same day based on her incredible service and what the complex has to offer! I look forward to my move in later on this month!

My boyfriend and I have been living here for around 5 months and we LOVE it! We had the opportunity to tour the property with Peyton and she was amazing!! Peyton made us feel so welcomed from the first time we walked in and made this property feel like home.
